Keep Sydney Open

The infamous 2014 lockout laws nearly destroyed Sydney's nightlife economy. NSW Premiere Mike Baird didn't seem to think this was a problem. In fact, he fought tooth and nail to make sure the laws stayed legislated, despite the closure of hundreds of local pubs and clubs.

Many lobbied against Mike and the laws, but no one protested harder than the political party, Keep Sydney Open. When the lockout laws relaxed in 2020, Keep Sydney Open needed a way to celebrate. Our solution was to create a very silly dancing animated Mike Baird to help them mark the occasion.
