Subway was experiencing a massive decline in sales and wanted to drive new customers and lapsed customers in-store across the EMEA region.

Subway Knows What You Want helped people understand a new menu of pre-designed Subs while reminding people of the uniquely personal interaction you have with their beloved Sandwich Artists.

Timed with the unofficial 2024 ‘Summer Of Sport’, we used athletes to create a toolkit of films that could be adapted for all markets, depending on the ingredients offered in their region.

The UK & Ireland region gained an 11% increase in footfall in-store and is the only market globally with an increase in sales.
